Project Team
The Federal Highway Administration, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (EFLHD) as the representative for the owner the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and U.S. Army Garrison Fort Belvoir, selected the Cherry Hill Construction, Inc. (CHC) Team for this project. As the lead contractor, CHC will be assisted by the following high qualify consulting firms:
- Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) as the lead designer will provide all design and engineering services, including specialty services that will be provided by our subconsultants:
- EEE Consulting, Inc. (EEE) will provide environmental and permitting services.
- Schnabel Engineering, LLC (Schnabel) will provide soil investigations, geotechnical engineering and laboratory testing.
- Axis Geospatial will provide aerial photogrammetry and mapping.
- McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP) will provide independent construction QA services as a subconsultant to Cherry Hill Construction.
- Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates, Inc. (H-C) will provide independent construction QC services as a subconsultant to Cherry Hill Construction.
- EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. (EA) will provide Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) construction support services as a subconsultant to Cherry Hill Construction.
